With regard to our parts for automatic transmissions, YAMADA is involved in the manufacture of parts such as bodies for oil pressure regulators, bodies for accumulators (pistons), staters for torque converters (T/C staters), oil pumps for CVTs, etc. With regard to pistons for accumulators and T/C staters, the most appropriate material is FRP (non-amonia based phenolic plastic) due to its low cost and light weight. Our oil pumps for CVTs utilize external gear pumps in order to achieve high efficiency. Also, by utilizing newly devised molds and materials for each part, we are able to offer exceptionally high precision in all of our die cast products. |
