Laminar Flow Meter |
|

The Laminar Flow Meter is a highly precise, differential pressure flow meter that utilizes the phenomenon called the Hagen-poiseuille law, expressed in terms of the ratio showing the loss of pressure in a volumetric flow rate of fluids flowing through a cylinder or a dihedral device over a fixed distance.
|
Special characteristics |
- Has a wide range of measurement and is linear for dealing with the relationships between differential pressure and flow volume.
- Calibrated with standard sonic nozzles for high precision.
- Minimal pressure loss.(max 2.6kPa)
- Superb linearity and reproducibility.
- Excellent response(max@30Hz)
- Appropriate for measuring microscopic flow volumes.
- Easy to manage.
|
Usage |
- Measurements of the intake air flow in internal combustion engines.
- Flow volume measurements for vacuum pumps, fans, blowers, etc.
- Specific measurements for carburetors, throttle valves, mufflers, etc.
- Specific measurements for various air machinery.
- Measurements of respiratory volume.
- Flow volume measurements for propane and town gas.
- Flow volume regulation during the process.
